Our delivery services and charges are listed below:

  • £5.99 Next Day Delivery (if ordered by 3PM Mon-Fri) (UK) 1 Working Day - Royal Mail / DPD - Currently unavailable
  • £9.99 Europe (Standard Delivery) 5-10 Working Days - DHL - Currently unavailable
  • £12.99 USA & CANADA - 5-10 Working Days - DHL - Currently unavailable

All UK orders over £50 are entitled to FREE standard delivery.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

UK RETURNS

If you need to return your order for what ever reason then you can return your item by:

  • Click here to go to our Returns Portal.
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • Click on the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason and whether you would like a return or an exchange.
  • Once approved you will receive an email from us.
  • Pack the item(s) in their original condition with their original labels intact.
  • Return your items to us (we recommend the Royal Mail Tracked service).

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier:

  • Follow the instructions above.
  • Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.

Products must be returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. You have 30 days to return your items. If you request a refund this will be issued back (5-10 working days) to the original payment method with the cost of postage deducted, unless the item is deemed faulty and a fault of Marbella Cartel. If you have requested an exchange the new item(s) will be dispatched; if the item(s) is/are not available we will issue a refund.

You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period.
